The Sitcom Vault – Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All products at The Sitcom Vault are made to order. Once you place an order, it is sent directly to our production partner for printing and fulfilment.

Processing time: 2–5 business days (This may vary during holidays or high‑volume periods.)

Because items are printed on demand, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the fulfilment centre used.

  • United States - 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom - 2–5 business days
  • Europe - 3–10 business days
  • Canada - 5–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand - 5–15 business days
  • Rest of World - 7–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Fulfilment location

We work with multiple fulfilment centres worldwide to keep shipping times and costs as low as possible.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (where available). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on which fulfilment centres can produce them fastest. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this happens.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may request a reprint (additional shipping charges apply), or

  • A partial refund may be issued

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy. We offer free replacements for any production errors.
