The Sitcom Vault – Returns & Refund Policy
At The Sitcom Vault, every item is made especially for you the moment you place an order. Our products are printed on demand through our production partner, which means each item is unique and created just for you.
Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Incorrect colour ordered
- Change of mind
Please double‑check your size and colour selection before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing issue, or you received the wrong item, we’ve got you covered.
We offer a free replacement or a refund for any item with a production error.
To request this, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- A clear photo of the issue
- If multiple items are affected, a photo showing all items in one frame
There is no need to return the damaged product.
Refund Method
Refunds for approved issues are issued to our production partner first, then returned to you via your original payment method.
If your billing currency is not USD, the refund will be sent directly back to your original payment source.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If an order is returned to sender or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, you may choose:
- A reprint (additional shipping charges apply), or
- A partial refund
Print Placement Tolerance
For direct‑to‑garment (DTG) items, a small variation in print placement is normal. A tolerance of up to 0.5 inches is considered acceptable and not a defect.
